Interesting piece. It looks like one soul is being rescued from the torments of a hell. Your painted works are your strong points. You know how to work your brush strokes and are not afraid to let them show, which is very attractive in many paintings.

You asked for my opinion. One thing I see (moreso in your drawings rather than your paintings) is a little trouble with anatomy. Do you sketch from life? Try bringing a small sketchbook to a cafe, diner, or mall, and sketch what you see. This really helps with proportions and figure work.

I'd like to see more painted works. Continue to observe works by Impressionists like Monet and Romantic Eugene Delacroix. Your current style really seems to lend itself to this.

I see same elements as phoenixelement, soul(s) saved from hell, or perhaps arriving, as the others try desperately to get out, dunno.

Strong colours, I like, in art class my favourite was oil painting. I like the setting and, don't see any problems with anatomy, as phoenixelement, but I'm no expert. But the advice in general, carrying a sketchbook with you is not bad at all, perhaps I will try it too, lol

But as I said, awesome piece

I thought the other way around - a damnation instead of a rescue. Spooky and well done, but I don't think the shot / scan really does it justice. It seems a bit bleak and green, and I can imagine with that style of painting that there's more colours in it.
